Building and Engineering Maintenance Services framework provides flexible solution for NHS trusts
A new Building and Engineering Maintenance Services framework, open to all NHS organisations, has gone live.
Designed by the NHS London Procurement Partnership, it provides a flexible solution for the NHS.
Users can choose either a Fully-Managed Building Engineering Maintenance Service under Lot 1; or specific individual maintenance services under lots 2-14.
The framework was created following the expiry of a Crown Commercial Service contract and research among NHS organisations determined that an expanded Building and Engineering Maintenance Services framework was more appropriate than an alternative Total Facilities Management contract.
